In order to be a good teacher I feel that one needs to be open and understanding of different events that might take place in the classroom. Students today are not treated the same as they were during the beginning of education and we have a variety of students which attend our public schools. Besides that, there are different between man teacher and women teacher. I can say that the man make better teacher than women teacher.
Men are more tolerant toward gross and challenging activity on the part of students than women do. Compared with women teachers, man teachers tend to ask for more free play. They also starting athletic and practical activities, such as woodworking and bicycle repair, and even including activities which are traditionally feminine. Compared with women teachers, man teachers also have a higher tolerance for noise. What others might call "noise and confusion" a man teacher might call "the human of activity."
Furthermore, man is better than women as a teacher because man able to protect their self and more courage than women if something bad happen. Man teacher usually able to stand up facing the trouble than women teacher because women usually lost their self control and consciousness if something bad happen but man is able to calm and control their mind set and consciousness.
In addition, almost the discipline teachers at school are a man, this happen because man is more firmness than women with their students. Consequences from that the students will more respect to the teachers in school and they don’t dare to break the school’s rules because they will be punishing if break the rules.
To sum up, I’m remind that, man is better than women do in teaching because man is more tolerant toward gross and challenging activity , able to protect their self, and more firmness than women with their student.
